• The Senior Network Analyst will be responsible for support, maintenance and capacity planning for the below mentioned infrastructure:
o Telephony VoIP infrastructure and applications used to support the internal Contact Center.
o Network infrastructure including switching and routing.
o Network security including intrusion prevention and firewalls.
o Network performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement.
o Converged networking and storage area network infrastructure
o Corporate video conference technologies.

• Work with our Architecture and Project teams in the development and implementation of new technology solutions.


• A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years enterprise level network infrastructure support experience.
• Ability to work early or late shifts as required for full coverage and when required, provide 7/24 on-call pager support.
• Experience using network analysis tools for trouble shooting and reporting.
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies and network convergence.
• Experience with Cisco switching/routing/converged networks, Checkpoint firewall, Cisco intrusion prevention appliances, Cisco or Polycom video conference, Avaya Telephony, Avaya Contact Center infrastructure, Avaya Unified Communication tools, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Upstream Works Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Server, Verint Workforce Optimization, and Verint Engagement Management tools.
• Experience supporting Intel servers, AIX servers, and Storage Area Networking are a definite asset.
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of internal and external customers.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Possess analytical skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Expert skills in MSOffice products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
