We are currently looking for a Loyalty Care/ Customer Retention Representative.

Role:
The Loyalty Care/ Customer Retention representative is empowered to save and strengthen our customer relationships, who are at risk of terminating their services.
Security ONE’s Loyalty Care Customer Retention Representative re-ignites loyalty with Security ONE’s customers by creating caring connections and taking effective action.
Reporting to a Supervisor, the successful candidate will be accountable for selling Security ONE’s products and services and advising customers on their benefits and advantages.
The Loyalty Care/ Customer Retention Representative is also accountable for improving the loyalty of our current customer base while achieving predetermined customer service levels, sales targets, and retention targets while always delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Accountabilities :
*Provide pleasant, professional and knowledgeable customer service
*Leave a lasting impression on customers, helping them choose to continue as *Security ONE customers
*Educate customers on the benefits being a Security ONE customer
*Determine customer needs and promote the best-suited products and services
*Understand the competitive environment and stay up-to-date on the latest competitor activity
*Meet and exceed departmental and individual performance targets
*Various other duties as needed
