Description










The primary responsibilities of this position relates to the accounts receivable functions for our Machinery Division, which includes:
• The preparation of invoices for projects and services in accordance with the customer purchase order specifications and milestones
• Interacting with Project Managers and Account Managers regarding project milestone completion dates, customer signoff requirements and project related issues impacting invoicing and cash collections
• Communication with customers regarding approval of invoices for payment and follow up on status of customer payments
• Preparation of various month end reports
• Maintenance of cash management and cash forecasting tools
• Assistance with external auditors and preparation of various information requests for audits
